Your chef, Etienne, a graduate of Ecole Hôtelière de Paris (Catering School), and Business Management Master, a passionate of cooking, animates 3 formula : cooking classes and suggests gourmet weekends with friends or gastronomic weeks to savor and discover products and secrets of Sologne gardens.
Cooking classes & dinner
Meeting at 2 or 3 pm, at the date of your choice, with 3 other participants. In a friendly atmosphere, you will learn recipes, craftiness and dexterities to make the dinner.
Each participant could invite a person of his choice for a candles dinner.
